Owner-Operator Consortium

DOT Drug Testing for Owner Operators.

The DOT does not permit owner-operators to manage their own random testing program. As an owner-operator, you’ll need to hire a service agent to do your drug testing. CCM will act as your service agent (C/TPA) under our new CCM Owner-Operator program option, providing random selection notices to your company of one.

Membership includes your first random drug test, a policy compliant with the DOT/FMCSA drug and alcohol testing rules and regulations, post accident services, all required forms, and record keeping. Documentation explains how you’ll be notified, instructions for when and where to report to a collection site and procedural guidelines for post accident testing.

With no annual fees, and only a one-time enrollment fee and initial drug test cost, you only pay for the services your company needs.
