What Areas Do You Serve?
We offer mobile services and walk-in services at a brick-and-mortar collection site in St. Louis, Missouri. We also offer mobile services in and around Birmingham, Alabama.
What Specimens Do You Collect?
While the exact answer to this question will vary depending on the type of test you choose, we can perform the following types of test:
- Hair drug testing
- Oral fluid/mouth swab tests
- Urine drug testing
- Blood tests
- Breath alcohol tests
How Do You Handle Non-Negative Results?
When we notice a non-negative result at one of our affiliated HHS-certified laboratories, a medical review officer (MRO) will personally review the results. Once confirmed, the MRO will consult with both the person tested and their doctor to determine if there is a legitimate medical reason for these results
How Quickly Can I Get Drug Test Results?
Employee drug testing can be time-sensitive. That is why our HHS-accredited laboratories get results fast without sacrificing accuracy.
- Rapid tests can return results on the same day.
- Non-rapid tests can return negative results within 24-48 hours of the lab receiving specimens.
- For non-rapid tests that return with positive results, you can receive confirmation 5-7 business days after our lab has received the specimen for review.
