An innovator and leader in the drug and alcohol testing industry, Thomas Fettig and his company, Clinical Collection Management, Inc. (CCM), stand ready to provide services of the highest quality available. In 1989, Mr. Fettig developed and managed the DOT drug and alcohol testing program for Deaconess Hospital Occupational Health Network (OHN). His expertise in healthcare marketing and administration led the OHN program to great success.

In 1994, Tom started his company, Clinical Collection Management. CCM was incorporated in the state of Missouri and immediately contracted with major healthcare organizations to provide on-site collection services. By 1995, Mr. Fettig devoted his full attention to his company’s daily operations.

With his knowledge and 26 years experience in the drug and alcohol testing industry guiding it, CCM is able to provide the exact services organizations require along with the testing programs that maintain the highest level of confidentiality.

Tom’s knowledge of the drug and alcohol testing industry is comprehensive; A member of the Substance Abuse Program Administrators Association (SAPAA) since 1992, and Drug & Alcohol Testing Industry Association (DATIA) since 1998, he understands all critical areas of providing Service Agent/Third Party Administration (TPA) including:

  • Policy and procedure development
  • Random program administration
  • MRO interaction and oversight
  • Collection procedure requirements
  • Compliance with federal and applicable state laws
  • Complete supervisor and employee education/training
  • Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) Interaction.

Rob joined the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department in 1992 serving in various assignments including SWAT officer and the South Patrol Detective Bureau. Rob left the department in 2007 to pursue a unique opportunity through the Department of Defense Law Enforcement Professional Program, which leveraged the knowledge and skill sets of former law enforcement experts to combat the improvised explosive device networks attacking U.S. Forces. In this civilian advisor role, Rob spent 18 months in Iraq serving with the 101st Airborne Division, 18th MP Brigade and 8th MP Brigade. Upon returning from Iraq Rob continued to support the program for the next three years by serving as the site lead and instructor at the Military Police School, Fort Leonard Wood MO. Rob’s next assignment found him in Ft. Drum New York supporting the 10th Mountain Division, which deployed to Afghanistan in January of 2013 and returned in October of 2013.

Having returned from Afghanistan, Rob decided after 20 years of being on the frontlines, that it was time to provide a more stable environment for his family and joined the CCM family. At CCM, Rob is responsible for the day to day operations of CCM and also runs the affiliate trace drug and explosive detection company, DTECT LLC.

Justin joined CCM in December of 2014. Prior to joining CCM Justin worked as an account manager in the telecommunications industry, where he trained and led a team of account representatives. At CCM, Justin assists in the day-to-day operations and is the certified trainer, responsible for ensuring that CCM technicians are up-to-date on DOT procedures. Justin graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with dual degrees in communications and psychology in May 2014.

As MRO Assistant, Jessica is responsible for handling daily communications between donors and Dr. Hayes.
